This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Dromedas. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your purchases.
We are committed to ensuring that your menswear arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more.
For orders under $75, the following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5–8 business days)
- Express Shipping: $8.99 (2–4 business days)
- Next-Day Shipping: $12.99 (1 business day)
All shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout. No hidden fees or handling charges will be added.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard processing: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) begin processing on the following Monday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the date the order was placed. Estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Please note:
- Next-day delivery is available only for orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day.
- Deliveries to remote areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, and rural addresses) may require an additional 2–3 business days.
- Dromedas is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:
- The 48 contiguous states
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time may apply)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (via USPS)
- PO Boxes (via USPS only)
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us – exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Dromedas is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Re-shipment costs will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” Dromedas is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using a secure delivery location (e.g., a workplace address or a locked mailbox). For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or not picked up from a carrier facility, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. No restocking fee will be applied.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive this number via email as soon as your order ships. You may also track your order by logging into your Dromedas account.
If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
